Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds expire in accordance with the timeline stated in each promotion. skep777 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
skep777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault, or where skep777 suspects that the integrity of a market has been compromised. Notification of such actions will be provided to the relevant Member where practicable.
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or technical fault that affects the outcome or display of a game or bet, skep777 reserves the right to declare affected rounds void and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are not valid and will be reversed. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays" applies across all casino games on the Platform.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on skep777. Upon termination of your Account: (a) your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked; (b) any Bonus Funds credited to your Account are forfeited; (c) real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to skep777, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and confirmation that no outstanding investigation is pending.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the skep777 support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned following successful KYC verification and review.
